Nantet Locabennes, creator of secondary raw materials

Part of the Serfim group's recycling division, Savoy-based Nantet Locabennes, founded in 1989, has four sites in Savoie: Petit-Coeur, Montmélian (head office), Porte de Savoie and Aix-les-Bains.

Our core business is the recycling and recovery of waste. We develop recovery solutions and our aim is to transform waste into resources used by industry.

To achieve this, our Francin/Porte-de-Savoie site is equipped witha gypsum recovery unit, a mechanized waste sorting line, a shredding and recovery platform for different types of wood, and a dismantling and recovery workshop for waste furniture.

With neither an incinerator nor a landfill, the company is constantly on the lookout for new recovery processes, not only to maintain its independence from landfill facilities, but above all to confirm its role in preserving the environment and natural resources. New channels have emerged: plaster, glazed joinery (PVC, wood, aluminum), synthetic turf, plaster bricks and, more recently, waterproofing membranes.

At the same time, Nantet Locabennes is a member of the SoluCir network and a partner of the Matériauthèque - Enfin! Réemploi de Chambéry. Created by players in the circular economy and the valorization of building resources in Savoie, this structure enables all players to limit their environmental and societal impact by providing concrete, affordable solutions.
