"Since its creation in 2016, Serfim Immobilier has enjoyed rapid growth with the completion of numerous projects and the ownership of a portfolio of high-quality assets.
Initially active in property enhancement (renovations, legal and financial restructuring...), we have gradually moved towards investment activities. We are present in the hotel sector (properties and funds), senior residences, EHPAD, office buildings and commercial premises.
These assets can be built or acquired and then held for between 3 and 7 years. Depending on the size of these investments, Serfim Immobilier may act alone or with other partners.
Our development is based on the technical skills and work of our subsidiaries, as well as on the experience of the members of the Firme Transactions team.
The gradual rotation of our assets gives us considerable leeway for future investments, with the aim of developing synergies with the group's subsidiaries."
