Would you like to contact SERFIM or one of its companies?
ContactThe City of Paris has commissioned SERFIM T.I.C. to carry out an experiment to better manage the energy consumption of its public buildings.
Temperature probes have been installed in the classrooms, and sensors positioned on the facilities' fluid meters (water, gas, electricity). Transmitted via a low-speed LoraWAN network, their data is aggregated on a software platform configured to display the readings in real time and indicate any consumption anomalies.
This system offers significant savings:
- In terms of energy savings, thanks to consumption monitoring
- In terms of time, with remote meter reading, and in terms of safety, with leak detection, which also helps to preserve water resources.
- Automatically optimizes resource consumption (energy and water) and reduces energy bills.
