SERPOLLET Normandie, établissement de Serpollet IDF et entreprise appartenant à la branche Energie du Groupe SERFIM, est spécialisée dans les domaines des travaux de terrassements sur réseaux sensibles (gaz transport, Hydrocarbures, Electricité, Télécom..), de pose de canalisations (AEP, Assainissement, Chauffage urbain…) et de génie civil.

Missions

What's your daily routine with us?

Vous êtes responsable de la bonne gestion humaine et matérielle ainsi que du suivi financier, commercial, technique et qualité de vos chantiers, dans le respect des règles d’hygiène, sécurité et environnement.
Vous coordonnez vos opérations pour le compte de clients phares :
 

  • Organize and monitor work from site to delivery
  • Monitor contractual and financial management of worksites
  • Manage performance and prepare site reports
  • Guarantee the safety of your employees in the field
  • Managing teams
  • Identify technical and material resources upstream of the worksite (budget, suppliers, subcontractors)
  • Propose optimized solutions (technical or financial)
  • Manage customer contact in the field.


Parce que l’avancée des chantiers rime pour vous avec technologie, rentabilité et sécurité, votre mission consistera aussi à :
 

  • Validate the technical feasibility of projects
  • Write progress reports
  • Monitor your worksites and take corrective action if necessary
  • Participate in site follow-up meetings with the customer

Please note that this position involves travel and on-call duty.

Profile required

Vous avez une formation Bac +2 à Bac +5, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 2 ans minimum sur la fonction de Conducteur de travaux, dans les chantiers de Travaux Publics principalement en réseaux de distribution.

Vos connaissances techniques et managériales sont indispensables pour analyser les situations et proposer des solutions.
 

Vous êtes une personne autonome, organisée, réactive.
 

Vous appréciez le travail d’équipe, avez de grandes capacités d’adaptation et un excellent relationnel.
 

Connaissance des fondamentaux de la sécurité, pour une bonne transmission aux équipes terrains et les remontés aux N+1.
