As a long-standing partner of LOU RUGBY and ASVEL for women, SERFIM shares the same positive values of respect, effort and commitment inherent in the world of sport. The qualities we look for when recruiting for SERFIM companies, such as a sense of effort, solidarity and team spirit, are similar to those expected in the stadium or on the pitch. At Serfim, we believe in the power of a stimulating professional environment. That's why, throughout the year, we organize events that combine sport and conviviality to bring our employees together around challenges that are a little physical... but a lot of fun!
These events, like our own in-house SERFISPORTS challenge, are much more than sporting competitions. They embody team spirit, promote well-being in the workplace and strengthen the bonds between employees in our different business sectors, whatever their position. These shared moments create a positive atmosphere within SERFIM teams. What's more, by taking part in these challenges, we support causes that are close to our hearts, in direct line with our CSR commitments.
