SERPOLLET Île-de-France, part of the SERFIM Group's Energy branch, specializes in transport networks (gas and oil pipelines), HV-LV distribution networks and civil engineering works (HV-HV substations, gas substations). Missions

You'll be in charge of organizing and monitoring the smooth running of a site, in accordance with safety standards, leading a team or several small teams depending on the size of the site.

Reporting to the Works Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Organize and distribute tasks according to trades and site schedule.
  • Being permanently in the field, organizing the work of the teams in close collaboration with the site manager.
  • Be in charge of your own site follow-up (scoring, quality follow-up, material follow-up, site reports, etc.).
  • Guaranteeing the safety of people and machines, compliance with current regulations and deadlines.
Please note that this position may involve extensive travel.

Profile required

Trained to CAP or Bac Pro level, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position.
