Responsibilities
YOUR DAILY LIFE:
In this context, within our Industry division, we are seeking a Mechanic Team Leader based in Crolles and primarily working on job sites in the region.
His main responsibilities will be:
- Work as a maintenance mechanic at our various client sites, whether in the paper, metal, or energy industries, etc.
- Leading a team: He is responsible for a team of technicians and operators (2 to 4 people). He manages them, coordinates their activities, and assigns tasks.
- The client's primary point of contact on-site
- Ensure compliance with rules: responsible for enforcing safety and hygiene rules on the construction site under his or her supervision (safety orientation, safety briefings)
- Manage administrative tasks: maintain a construction log, manage workers’ schedules, and assess the progress of the work through weekly reports to the site supervisor or project manager.
Candidate Profile
YOUR PROFILE:
Required education and experience:
- Vocational Diploma in Mechanics or higher
- 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance
Additional skills:
- CACES 3, 6, 9, aerial work platform
- OHS
- Chemical hazard
- Work at Heights
- Mechanic Training
Required Qualifications:
- Diligence and Independence
- A desire to get involved and the ability to work as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills, as well as good organizational and adaptability skills
