Responsibilities
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will lead your team to ensure the successful completion of the projects assigned to you in the field of low-voltage and high-voltage electrical networks.
As a true on-site expert, you’ll be involved in every stage of the construction project:
Operational Management:
- Actively participate in carrying out the work
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of construction projects
- Monitor progress and quality, and ensure the acceptance of the work
- Participating in site meetings
- Provide regular reports to your supervisors
Team Management:
- Manage and support your team on a daily basis
- Organize the schedule and assign tasks based on priorities
- Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations
You combine technical expertise, organizational skills, and leadership with a commitment to helping your team grow in a spirit of cooperation and high standards.
Health, Safety, and Environment:
- Apply health, safety, and environmental rules in accordance with company guidelines
- Enforce and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines among his team
- be proactive in the prevention process
Candidate Profile
You have experience in a similar position and are comfortable working on electrical systems.
You hold an electrical certification level allowing you to supervise and carry out live and dead electrical work; a truck-mounted platform (CACES) certification would be a plus.
You are thorough and attentive to standards and safety, and you know how to prepare and connect cables with precision.
You have a strong sense of teamwork and enjoy working as part of a team, while still being able to work independently on your tasks. You are curious and motivated, and you want to grow and deepen your technical skills by working on a variety of projects. Your dedication and professionalism make a difference on every project and contribute to the team’s success.
