SERPOLLET Dauphiné is part of the SERFIM Group's Energy division.
Our teams specialize in distribution networks (gas, overhead and underground electricity, telecoms and civil engineering) and urban development (lighting, installation and maintenance of public lighting networks, traffic lights).

Missions
At our branch in St-Alban de Roche (38), reporting to the Business Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of your team to guarantee the completion of the work entrusted to you. You will work on sites involving LV or MV electrical networks.
A real hands-on person, you will be responsible for :
- Contribute to the completion of the work
- Guaranteeing the smooth running of the site: planning, coordination, execution, inspection and acceptance
- Participate in site meetings
- Ensure and report on daily site monitoring
Convinced of the importance of teamwork, you will be responsible for :
- Manage your team in compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards
- Organize planning and allocate tasks within your team
Profile required
You have over two years' significant experience in the public works sector. CACES site machinery, AIPR and B0h0V authorizations required.
