What does lining involve?
Innovative trenchless technology, with the only access to the sewer system's manholes.
A fast-track solution for rehabilitating long sections of pipe ranging from Ø150mm to Ø2000mm (circular, scupper, ovoid).
An execution study, followed by site visits and completed by a televised inspection, will enable us to diagnose the condition of the network, in order to best adapt a financial and technical solution.
The use of a milling team (equipped with a robotized unit) may be recommended to prepare the support (existing pipe) to be received in the liner, and ensure a good seal and optimum flow.
The lining process
- Collector inspection and diagnosis
- Measurement of pipe dimensions and calculation note for liner sizing (nature of terrain, depth of network, diameter and nature of the support)
- Milling and cleaning of the network
- Installation of the liner using a winch - inflation with compressed air - polymerization with a train of UV lamps
- Cutting of the ends and inspection with a camera (+ video and photo report)
- Reopening of the connections using a robot
- Sealing of the ends
