Our teams assist manufacturers with the maintenance of their facilities. Our services include preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as on-site maintenance contracts.
Preventive Maintenance
As part of our preventive maintenance program, we primarily carry out work during scheduled plant shutdowns, which are planned for periods set aside for the maintenance of industrial facilities.
These major shutdowns often require additional qualified personnel. Our teams are then mobilized to support the on-site teams with specific, clearly defined tasks to ensure that operations proceed smoothly and within the specified timeframes.
Our teams are trained and certified to perform work in industrial mechanics, welding, sheet metal fabrication, and the repair of linings (insides of hoppers, tanks, etc.).
Each operation is prepared in advance to ensure maximum safety and efficiency:
- • Taking measurements and technical preparation
- • Staff training and certification
- • Team Formation and Organization
- • Development of the intervention schedule
We provide operational support while strictly adhering to deadlines and site requirements.
Maintenance Contracts
As part of our maintenance contracts, we provide dedicated staff year-round, directly on-site.
Our teams provide:
- • One-time interventions
- • Regular maintenance of equipment
- • The continuity and reliability of the facilities
Generally, a weekly machine shutdown is scheduled, during which we perform the necessary maintenance tasks.
Corrective Maintenance
We also provide corrective maintenance following breakdowns, failures, or malfunctions to ensure prompt and effective repairs and to get the systems back up and running as quickly as possible.
Manufacturing & Installation
Depending on the nature of the work and the maintenance classification, we are able to:
• Manufacture specific parts or components in our workshops.
• Install them on site, in compliance with technical, regulatory, and safety requirements.
