Building Systems
Design and installation of high-voltage electrical systems

Our teams work on numerous projects in the commercial and new residential construction sectors. We manage every stage of the project, from the design phase through construction and commissioning, all the way to final acceptance. Each project is closely monitored by our teams.

Education

We prepare cost estimates and construction drawings, thereby ensuring cost control, the technical consistency of the proposed solutions, and compliance with project requirements.
We stay abreast of industry developments through regular training, particularly in BIM, which we use on a daily basis.

Commercial Projects

For all projects, we design, build, and install all high-voltage systems:
● Construction of high-voltage substations
● Installation of the main low-voltage distribution panel (TGBT): design, connection, testing, and commissioning
● Installation of cable trays in wire mesh and marine-grade deck panels, with covers as needed
● Cable pulling from the smallest gauge (1.5 mm²) to the largest gauge (630 mm²)

We also handle the installation of all electrical equipment in the building, including lighting, electrical outlets, emergency power units, detectors, and switches.


We install capacitor banks to correct the power factor and prevent reactive power from being fed back into the grid. We handle the construction of high-voltage substations, including the assembly of switchgear, the outfitting of high-voltage facilities, and coordination with the utility Enedis.

Features of Accommodations & Hotels

For residential and hotel construction projects, we handle electrical pre-installation and wiring, including embedding outlets and cables in concrete to ensure their protection and longevity.

We also work on decorative areas in hotels to ensure the proper management of ambient and architectural lighting, as well as the aesthetically pleasing installation of lighting fixtures, which can be custom-made.


For multi-unit residential buildings, we handle the complete installation of systems related to Enedis service lines, using dedicated software and equipment approved and listed by Enedis.

Characteristics of Hospitals

As part of our hospital projects, we install high-voltage substations equipped with high-voltage loop management systems, ensuring the continuity and reliability of the power supply to all buildings on the site.
We install emergency generators, set up IT grounding systems that comply with hospital requirements, and deploy source selectors that enable automatic switching to backup power sources.
We also install backup UPS systems, ensuring a continuous and secure power supply for critical equipment.

Characteristics of Other Types of Projects

We are trained to perform work at heights and carry out operations on high-rise buildings, adhering to strict safety and regulatory compliance procedures.
