SERPOLLET Île-de-France, part of the SERFIM Group's Energy branch, specializes in transport networks (gas and oil pipelines), HV-LV distribution networks and civil engineering works (HV-HV substations, gas substations). SERPOLLET Île-de-France is involved in all earthmoving, civil engineering, masonry and special works activities in Île-de-France, Hauts-de-France and Normandy.

Missions

You will be in charge of supervising a team of workers. You will be responsible for the quality of the work, ensuring that each stage of the project runs smoothly and that deadlines are met.

Reporting to the site manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Manage a team in compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.
  • Ensure that work proceeds smoothly (planning, coordination, execution, inspection, acceptance).
  • Ensure site follow-up, including the planning of human and material resources.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the site manager and keep him/her informed on the technical and commercial aspects of the project.
  • Participate in site marking and installation.
  • Take part in site withdrawals: collect equipment and supplies, reload the vehicle and tidy up.
    Please note that this position may involve extensive travel.

    Profile required

    Trained to CAP or Bac Pro level, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position.
