    Missions

    Reporting to the Works Supervisor / Project Manager, you will organize and monitor the day-to-day running of construction sites in accordance with safety standards. You will work on new and renovation projects in the service sector (hotels, hospitals, etc.).
    You manage your teams in the field in accordance with deadlines and quality requirements.

    In this capacity, your missions are as follows:
    • Ensures the follow-up and proper execution of the worksite in compliance with the objectives set (deadlines, quantity, cost, safety, environment),
    • Organizes and manages human and material resources,
    • Ensures the administrative management of his site, and the reception of all on-site participants,
    • Maintains a close relationship with the customer or his representative, and the various partners
    • Promotes the company's brand image through its worksite.

    Profile required

    • Knows the techniques of the trade, standards and rules of the trade
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in air conditioning, ventilation, heating & plumbing.
    • Reading HVAC/PLUMBING/DESENFUMING plans
    • B license
    • Team management
    • Computer skills (Word, Excel) and smartphone applications.
